USB Charge & Sync Data Cable for Samsung Galaxy Tablet Extra Long(6 feet)

I bought two of these cables as replacements for the shorter versions that came with my kids Samsung tablets.Unfortunately, as much as I had hoped they would work out, they did not. The manufacturing of the cable and adapter assembly is very weak. Within the first few days of my kids playing with their tablets plugged in, they managed to contort the cable in ways that cause distress and deterioration to the cable. And this is just light tablet use laying on the couch! A couple days later, the kids show me that the tablets are not charging efficiently, that there's a red "X" on the battery icon when plugged in. This happens on both tablets with one cable and not the other, so I know (through process of elimination) that it's the cable quality and not the tablet.And most recently, my daughter came to me asking if we can tape up the adapter piece that plugs into the bottom of the tablet because the plastic housing separated at the seams.Now both cables are showing Red "X"'s on the tablets, and the tablets themselves need the entire night and next morning to charge, whereas initially, they took a matter of a few hours. And when I first got these cables, it did only take a few hours to charge the Galaxy tablet. But the expectation that the performance would continue was short-lived.So at this point I really recommend that you DON'T buy this particular brand. There are others out there, and while I haven't tried them yet, I can safely assume that I have just experienced the worst cables possible, so anything else most certainly will be an improvement.

😔 I was so very excited to receive this since I lost my original cable and I wasn’t able to use my tablet for a while. As soon as I plugged it in nothing changed, I decided to give it some time so I left my tablet there “charging” it has been two hours and this cable only charged it 8% (I turned it on to check) and now it says it’s no longer charging even though it is still plugged in..

This charging cord is a great deal, at only a little over $4, compared to retail prices other places. It is 6 feet long, which is a great length for a charger cord. It fits and works great with my son's Galaxy Tab2, and charges fairly quickly. It is only the usb cord with no plug in box, but we have those a dime a dozen around my house, which is why we ordered the cord alone. I payed full price for this product and chose to give my honest and unbiased review.

This charger came super quickly and it fits into my Samsung galaxy tab two just perfectly. Except it is junk. The charger was already splitting at the top when I received it and the wires underneath our showing through my tablet takes forever to charge with this charger. I will never again order one and I hope that people don't waste their money.

Charger works great! I read a bunch of reviews first and it did say that you might want to be careful removing this from devices, as it can come apart easily. I have not experienced that at all and have had it several weeks now, It does fit snugly into the charging slot, but I just try to be gentle when I plug it in and unplug. My kids have used it too & they have not broken it yet- so that is saying a lot! Works quickly, as well. I love the length of the cord! Kids can use device wen it is plugged into the wall. Would recommend. For it's cheap of a price, I was willing to take a chance & I am so glad I did!

So far so good! We got the cables (ordered 2) Saturday. They were exactly what we wanted and no more short cording! I can’t stand a cord 2 feet long. Now we can charge our Samsung and get on the device if needed during charge (yes I know not good to do but things don’t always wait)Charging and Synching is going great.I will update if issues arise in the next 30 days!

I have ordered two of these cables. The first one lasted a while and eventually came apart at the plug and was showing wires. I didn't mind that cause I figured my kids were pulling it out by the cord instead of correctly grabbing the plastic to pull it out. Yesterday I received my second cable and no matter what I try I cannot get it to charge our Galaxy tab 10.1. I plugged it into multiple power sources and even left it plugged in all night and nothing. I would have gladly accepted an exchange but since it is not possible I will just not buy cables from here again.

I bought this replacement because my dog had chewed through my original tablet charger, and though I was excited about the length of THIS cord, plugging it in to my tablet was less than desirable. At first my tablet screen flickered, showing the large battery on the screen for a moment and then the screen would go blank. At first I was thinking it was because my tablet had been dead for nearly a month and it was to be expected but it still happens to this day. Not only that, but my tablet doesn't hold a charge when I'm using it and it's still plugged into the wall. My battery just runs down. This wouldn't have been that much of an issue for me until just recently when I have to NOW mess with the cord; pulling it out and pushing it back in until I get it to start charging. It's only become more temperamental. Now it has become a chore to get my tablet to charge and I don't even know if it's really charging when it says it is. Sometimes my tablet will say 100% charged but as soon as I unplug the cord the battery life is down to 1% and it dies. Once my tablet dies it becomes a lot more difficult to determine if it's getting a full charge.

I wouldn't buy this again. It takes about 2 hours just to charge my tablet enough to turn it on if it is completely dead.

Just got this used it one time and its coming apart can see the wires

No armoring at either end of the cable. Connector end snapped withing the first eight hours, other end broke off a few days later. Wire now broken.
