Stay Covered Coiled Body Board Leash

Bought this to attach to a Body Glove bodyboard my husband had bought from a major retailer. The bodyboard did not come with a leash, and we needed something to keep the board from getting lost, especially with the gnarly waves at our local beach. This leash is very high quality, and was very easy to install. All I had to do was remove the existing plug with wide edge of a key, then screw the new plug/leash combo in place; piece of cake! It also makes the bodyboard look more expensive than it really is (LOL). As far as performance goes, this held up very well in 4-6 foot waves and pretty strong currents.

I didn't need to order the leashes as the bodyboards I ordered have them already, but if anything happens, I have two new ones. They arrived promptly and are good quality in appearance. If I had to get something I don't really need, these are a good choice.

Leash fit my body board nicely and the swivels are a nice step up from the ones that where on the board originally. The only complaint I could see is if you have big wrists the neoprene Might be to small

The Stay Covered Body Board Leash has a number of features found in high-end expensive leashes such as swivel connectors on each end, a wide padded wrist strap with plenty of Velcro to insure it stays on your wrist in extreme waves and a nice Flat Top leash plug. The leash extends comfortably to 36" and can be stretched just past 48". Looking forward to using the leash on my body board next summer!

Everything about this leash is great except that the neoprene only covers about half of the inside of the wrist band. If your wrist is smaller than 8 inches around, you will be fine. If your wrist is larger then 8 inches around, the harder velcro will make contact with the skin on your wrist.

No complaints, it installed easily and works as designed. It appears to be good quality and I expect it to out live my body board.As one other reviewer noted the neoprene does not completely wrap around my wrist and my wrist is not that large. Personally it did not bother me and the leash was comfortable as is, maybe a very slight annoyance but not a deal breaker.

Just installed them this morning. Seemed to to go fine. Downloaded instructions off the Internet. Headed to to beach in two weeks. We'll see how they perform. Will update review after that.

The leash on our boogie board broke after many years. This replacement leash is a perfect repair to make the board more usable. Haven't tried it out, but appears to be very well made.
