Contacted manufacturer Skywalker Trampolines (per the included instructions and manual) and this was their reply "The trampoline was purchased from Sooper Dooper Super Market who is not an authorized retailer
DO NOT BUY off of Amazon without further research! NO WARRANTY - NOT A MANUFACTURER AUTHORIZED DEALER OF SKYWALKER TRAMPOLINES!! Product broke 5 mins after we spent hours assembling it. Contacted manufacturer Skywalker Trampolines (per the included instructions and manual) and this was their reply "The trampoline was purchased from Sooper Dooper Super Market who is not an authorized retailer, your trampoline is not covered under our manufactures warranty. Our warranty only covers products purchased directly from an authorized retailer because we can guarantee the product is new and free of defects. Trampolines purchased from unauthorized retailers could have been tampered with as many people have access to box banders, staples and have the ability to remove and replace parts, and sell used or damaged units. Most unauthorized retailers purchase used or returned trampolines from auctions and have been known to re-box or band the trampolines. Therefore we cannot guarantee the product is new and free of defects. We recommend contacting Sooper Dooper Super Market regarding your enclosure net and asking them to provide a replacement. If they have any questions regarding not being an authorized retailer, you may send this email to them as reference." I contacted Sooper Dooper explaining that after about 5 mins of use a weld sheared on one of the safety net support poles. While I did get a quick response, it was a form email basically saying sorry it was damaged in shipping and they would organize a return label. They didn't read my email. It was not damaged in shipping. I don't have the enormous boxes to totally disassemble and ship the ENTIRE thing back when a replacement part would be acceptable. I replied saying it was not damaged in shipping and now have heard NOTHING! My kids LOVE the trampoline and I would buy a Skywalker Trampoline again, BUT MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER!! Nowhere on Amazon did I notice anything about being or not being an authorized dealer (frankly it never occured to me before this incident), so learn from my mistake and ask questions I never thought to ask.

Great price for great bounce
We've been through a few trampolines; some good some bad. A good tramp by our definition is super bouncy. Our worst tramp was so unbouncy it would knock the wind out of you when you jumped on it. I am happy to report that this tramp is VERY GOOD. It has really good bounce!! My tumbling teens are LOVING it! This tramp is also good quality. It seems very sturdy and wasn't difficult to assemble. My husband and daughter had the base set up in 45 minutes and the kids were jumping in no time. This tramp can easily handle 2-3 teens/adults jumping at the same time. I highly recommend buying the trampoline STAKES, which you can purchase separately. We have lost a couple tramps due to the wind carrying them off. Super dangerous and costly! We are planning on putting this tramp in ground. Until then, the stakes will give us peace of mind. The trampoline has been so great for getting our kids off their phones and doing something active.

Had it for 6 months..still going strong
Ok, so after MUCH reviewing I decided to buy this trampoline for our 13 year old Son. I am thrilled that I did. We have had it for 6 months and it is still wonderful. We live in Arizona where trampolines (anything outside actually) takes a beating from the sun. So far this is great. My Son loves it. It was easy-ish to set up (plan on a few hours and follow instructions by actually reading them). We bought the $76 basketball hoop addition and it didn't fare too well but it was fun while it lasted (the velcro was a pain and wouldn't stay just right..but again my son is 13). I would buy this model again for sure. I hope this helps. Paying it forward to those who helped me decide on this one. Thanks!

Great Trampoline
We have had this trampoline for almost a year. I read a review from someone who was skeptical of a review not written immediately after purchase of an item. I actually prefer reviews of items after the item has been used for a period of time. I don't give a crud if the item is pretty out of the box, I want to see how the item holds up to use. Just wanted to explain why I waited to review this product.I was concerned with a lower cost trampoline (I wanted the $1000 high end one but was overruled). I feared the old "get what you pay for" adage. This trampoline has held up wonderfully. It still looks good after baking in the summer sun and surviving the winter rains and cold. My husband and SIL set it up in a few hours with a few minor hiccups (previous reviewers explained the issues). We had some heavy winds last winter and the trampoline didn't move an inch.My daughter has had up to three of her friends on it at once. Both my husband and I have jumped with her (not all three of us at the same time). Neither of us are skinny minnies, so the trampoline holds up under our weight with my 50 pound daughter. We've had one accident with a neighbor kid who fell out but it was because she and the other neighbor kid didn't zip up the safety net after they got in (my fault for the lack of direct supervision). The safety net works fabulously when used properly!Bottomline, I highly recommend this trampoline!

Daddy Mac'll make you jump, jump
My wife and I purchased and assembled this trampoline in December of 2014. It doesn't hurt to have at least two people to assemble. My kids still use it to this day. The sun isn't particularly kind to it, but I have done pretty much zero maintenance. The green spring cover is faded and ripped. The foam pads on some of the uprights are falling apart. The safety net/screen isn't what it used to be. My wife has had to repair a tear or two in the enclosure. However, my kids sure do continue to get their use out of it. The price was right and as far as the actual jumping part goes, I see no real signs of wear. Even though it squeaks like you wouldn't believe, it remains structurally sound. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Quality issues
Purchased this trampoline at the end of April to replace our very old springless trampoline from another manufacture. Just over a week ago my husband was finally able to set it up. All in all set up was simple and straight forward and he was able to do it by himself nearly. Bear in mind even as a child he had trampolines and my daughter is in gymnastics so he has some experience with the process, I'd recommend 2 adults. My children were extremely happy and eager to play and with the recent good weather they have done just that. My children are 8.5, 11 and 13. Well under the weight limits. Today however was a sad day as the jumping pad is frayed and forming holes. I'm in the process of taking photo's for us to send to Skywalker for warranty purposes. My husband is away from home at this time and will not be able to make a return or exchange with amazon as the window for that ends in two days. Our mistake for not setting up and inspecting the trampoline sooner. My husband will not be home for over a week and I alone have neither the time nor ability to disassemble the trampoline solo. Needless to say our kids are disappointed right now. I've given the trampoline 3 stars as it is my hope that this is a one off quality issue and not the norm and with the expectation that warranty and customer service will be excellent. I had intended to rate this a 5 star later after more time using the trampoline. We are very strict with such things, our children do not wear shoes or take anything sharp or hard onto our previous one nor this one. Balls and stuffies, blankets in the summer as they like to sleep on them for sleepovers in the backyard. No pets either.

Great product for the price
We bought this trampoline for our 3 year old. She LOVES it. It is a nice size, the safety net is firm and not saggy, it seems sturdy as I did get on it with her for a couple jumps. I don’t know that it would be good for a bunch of teenagers (as per the weight restrictions). My husband was able to set it up in under 2 hours and said it was pretty straight forward which was great as we were expecting it to be a challenge from the other reviews we read but it was fine! Overall, a great product and it came in the mail in 2 days!

Kids Love it!
Gave 3 stars on the "easy to assemble", cause it was not. Took me about 3 hours, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once assembled though, very nice, and the kids love it!

Bad safety net.
Everything was good until I put up the safety net. Very bad design for the top peg to hold it up. 1 broke off already and another it starting to go. I'm sure I'll have to rig it up by next year.
